  • Name5. The landscaping scheme shall be fully completed, in accordance with the details agreed under the terms of the above condition, in the first planting and seeding seasons following the first occupation of any part of the development or in accordance with a programme previously agreed in writing by the local planning authority. Any trees or plants removed, dying, being severely damaged or becoming seriously diseased, within 5 years of planting shall be replaced in the following planting season by trees or plants of a size and species similar to those originally required to be planted.7. Notwithstanding the submitted plans, the proposed access shall have a width of a minimum of 4.25 metres, a gradient of no more than 1:20 for a distance of at least 5 metres behind the highway boundary, and shall be surfaced in a bound material with a 5.5metres dropped crossing. The access, once provided, shall be so maintained at all times.8. The development, hereby permitted, shall not be occupied until such time as off street car parking provision (with turning facilities) has been provided, hard surfaced (and demarcated) in accordance with "Jelson Ltd Planning Layout Rev 00: Saley Close, Shepshed" and Leicestershire's Highway Design Guide. Thereafter the onsite parking provision shall be so maintained in perpetuity.10. No development shall take place until details of a scheme of fencing to prevent public access to the area shown in blue on layout drawing number 863.01 Rev.D has been submitted to, and approved in writing by, the Local Planning Authority. The scheme as approved to be installed prior to first occupation of any plot and thereafter retained in perpetuity.11. Before the development is occupied, a management plan for the future maintenance of the 3 metres high weld mesh fence shown on boundary fencing drawing received 01 May 2019 shall be submitted to, and approved in writing by, the Local Planning Authority.
